To deepen the experience, enjoy warm, nourishing cacao and snacks inspired by the Root Chakra while working through guided journaling prompts designed to release insecurities, uncover stability, and inspire confidence for 2025.

The workshop concludes with a powerful burning ceremony—a symbolic practice to release the past and welcome the new, leaving you grounded, resilient, and ready to step into the year with intention.
